Once again, it has been a rushing day for me since I have schedule a massage session at Passage New York down Cecil Street and I suddenly had a craving for Satay and the nearest place for it will be the famous Satay Club at Lau Pa Sat. An experience which you would not find anywhere else in Singapore ! While I was in the mist of choosing which satay stall to order from, a Malay local walked towards me and spoken in all …

It was in the late afternoon while my girlfriend and I needs to draw some cash and the only ATM machines near my house was at Sakae building at Tai Seng. While strolling along the building, we have saw this restaurant, a halal certified sushi belt restaurant and decided to give it a go. Delicious Cabbage Roll and Mango Dessert at Ang Mo Kio’s Hong Kong Dessert (谢记)

Since I was still early for my hair cut appointment, my girlfriend had the sudden crave for dessert which she has been thinking for the past few weeks and highly recommended by many other customers as well for their desserts. The Hong Kong Dessert is located in a small shopfront at Jubilee Square. Looking through the glass windows, customers are scattered around the tables, chatting and enjoying their desserts. The entire shop is not very big and I think only possible to house about 12-15 pax maximum with their tables. We was greeted by a Malay auntie whom show us their menu. Surprisingly, given their small shop yet they have a large menu and best of all, it is halal as well. Initially, we was only …

Dinner at Lucky Plaza’s Ayam Penyet Ria – Indonesia Food

What a day ! I was supposed to meet up with my girl friend and her sister at Orchard road at ION at 8pm, but I only managed to get a parking lot at Takashimaya after being “rejected” by the security guards at ION and even the valet is full. Even the Wisma Atrium’s carpark was full as well. Today agenda was to buy a bag for my girl friend’s sister, though with big brands at ION, none was to her taste and we finally forgo the present. As usual, I was starving (I get hungry easily), and we were deciding a place for our dinner and that is when we landed ourselves at Lucky Plaza for Ayam Penyet Ria. The restaurant serves authentic Indonesian food which are …
